2 · Read out your ID and password

  1. Open the file you downloaded. Windows may ask you to confirm — choose Run.
  2. The window shows a 9-digit ID and a password.
  3. Tell them to the technician. You'll be asked to allow the connection before anything happens.

You stay in control

  1. A banner shows while the technician is connected; press Disconnect at any time.
  2. The password changes every session. Only Spinfracolor technician accounts can connect.
  3. The session is end-to-end encrypted; our servers only route the connection.
